Under 200 calories with no artificial ingredients,
this pumpkin pie yogurt is perfect as a breakfast or
a dessert.
• 1/2 c pure pumpkin puree: homemade
or from a can
• 6 oz Greek yogurt or other non-sweetened
• 1/8 tsp ground cloves and/or ground cardamom
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• 1 pinch salt
• Granola or Graham Crackers crushed

  1. Stir together pure pumpkin, yogurt, vanilla, syrup and spices
    until well combined.
  2. Layer granola, yoghurt, and pumpkin – or stir all together
